Terms & Conditions of Sale

A contract of sale is formed when we have sent out a confirmatory email to you acknowledging your order and when the product is dispatched. Please be aware all prices shown are inclusive of VAT. Your items will be sent by Royal Mail first class postage and should arrive to you in between 1–2 days (UK deliveries) and 5–14 days (international deliveries), however this may take longer than estimated in some cases. There may be additional customs charges if you are ordering a product from outside of the UK.

To the full extent allowed by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable to you or any third party for any consequential or incidental damages arising out of goods or services sold to the user via the site.

When purchasing from Flight Club Store you are agreeing to the following:

You are 16 years or over.
You have a right of cancellation of up to 14 days; however, if a product has been sent out before then, it must be returned in the condition it was sent out in. For more information, please see our Returns Policy page.
